شناسایی چالش‌های محوری در صنایع پتروشیمی و ارائه راهکار بر اساس نظرات نخبگان هلدینگ خلیج فارس و سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی

چکیده

صنعت پتروشیمی، به‌عنوان یکی از مزیت‌های راهبردی اقتصاد ایران، نقشی بنیادین در تحقق اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش، به شناسایی چالش محوری صنعت پتروشیمی، با رویکردی کیفی و مبتنی بر روش گراندد تئوری پرداخته است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌ با خبرگان هلدینگ خلیج فارس گرد­آوری و با استفاده از کد­گذاری محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شده­اند. نتایج پژوهش،  فرضیه­ای مبنی بر «فقدان بهره‌وری استاندارد» را مطرح می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد توسعه زنجیره ارزش از طریق به‌روزرسانی فناوری‌های فرآیندی و کاهش وابستگی به خام‌فروشی، می‌تواند به بهبود کارایی عملیاتی و تسهیل تحقق سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی منجر شود. این پژوهش بر ضرورت سرمایه‌گذاری در دانش و فناوری‌های نوین تأکید دارد و راهکارهایی برای توسعه پایدار صنعت پتروشیمی در شرایط تحریم و غیر­تحریم ارائه می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

The petrochemical industry, as one of Iran's strategic assets, plays a fundamental role in achieving the objectives of the Resistance Economy. This research, which aims to identify the central challenge facing the petrochemical industry, adopts a qualitative approach using the grounded theory. Data were collected through interviews with experts from the Persian Gulf Holding, and analyzed using axial and selective coding. The hypothesis proposed is the "lack of standardized productivity." The findings indicate that developing the value chain by updating process technologies and reducing dependence on crude exports can improve operational efficiency and facilitate the realization of Resistance Economy policies. The study emphasizes the necessity of investing in knowledge and modern technologies and presents solutions for sustainable development of the petrochemical industry under both sanctioned non-sanctioned conditions.
